With the addition of orange, the east coast Manhattan will have you California dreamin’.

Since this video was filmed back in 2014, the West Coast Perfect Manhattan recipe has brilliantly evolved to favor Lilet over dry vermouth, with the addition of Antica sweet vermouth in place  of other previous brands.

In a Boston shaker filled with ice, add:

2 ounces fine Bourbon

1 ounce Antica brand Sweet Vermouth

1/2 ounce Lilet

Stir until well chilled (about 30 seconds), strain into cocktail (martini) glass.

Garnish with a generous orange twist, being sure to squeeze over West Coast Perfect Manhattan to release it’s essence. Enjoy.
